This project involved the interior build-out of the third-floor suite for the Craniofacial Institute in Doral, FL. The renovation included new wall assemblies, ceiling systems, millwork, and finishes designed to support specialized healthcare operations. Halcyon Builders oversaw full coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with installation of fire-rated partitions and life-safety components to meet AHCA and FBC requirements. The completed space delivers a modern, compliant, and functional environment tailored to patient care, operational efficiency, and long-term facility performance.
