This project encompasses the complete interior renovation of Seacrest Studios within Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, designed to enhance the Children & Family Experience area. Work includes selective demolition, new interior partitions, ceiling systems, finishes, and custom millwork. Halcyon Builders coordinated closely with the design team to ensure seamless integration of specialty electrical, audio-visual, and mechanical components to support live broadcasting and interactive media. The upgraded studio creates a bright, inspiring, and technologically advanced space where patients and families can engage in creative, therapeutic activities within a safe and modern environment.
