This project involved the interior renovation of the second floor of Mount Sinai Medical Center’s Outpatient Pavilion (MSOP) to modernize exam rooms, nurse stations, and support spaces. The work included full demolition of interior finishes, partitions, and ceilings, followed by new construction featuring upgraded wall assemblies, flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures.

Halcyon Builders coordinated closely with the hospital’s Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) requirements to maintain negative air pressure and life safety systems throughout construction. The renovation also integrated new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with current healthcare facility codes. The completed space enhances patient comfort, staff workflow, and operational efficiency within one of Miami’s leading medical institutions.
